1. General Provisions
1. These Terms & Conditions («Terms») define the rules for using the online store available at https://quiet-kits.com/ (the «Store»).
2. The Store is operated by:

3. These Terms apply to all orders placed through the Store, regardless of the Customer’s country of residence.
4. Consumer means a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business or professional activity.
5. Entrepreneur with consumer rights means a natural person concluding a contract directly related to their business activity, where the content of the contract shows that it is not of a professional nature for that person.
6. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
2. Products
1. The Store sells soundproofing and vibration-damping products intended for household and everyday use.
2. All products are new, unused, and free from defects unless otherwise stated.
3. Product descriptions and specifications are provided in the Store. Actual product appearance may slightly differ from photos due to display settings.
4. The Seller reserves the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
3. Ordering Process
1. Orders can be placed through the Store’s website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
2. To place an order, the Customer:
- Selects the desired products and quantities and adds them to the shopping cart;
- Provides the necessary data for order fulfilment (full name, email address, delivery address, phone number);
- Selects the delivery method;
- Selects the payment method;
- Accepts these Terms & Conditions by checking the appropriate checkbox;
- Acknowledges that they have read the Privacy Policy (checkbox);
- Confirms the order by clicking the «Place Order» button.
3. Clicking the «Place Order» button constitutes:
- The conclusion of a sales contract between the Customer and the Seller;
- The Customer’s confirmation that the provided data is true and complete.
4. After placing the order, the Customer receives an automatic email confirmation to the address provided. The confirmation includes:
- Order number;
- List of ordered products and prices;
- Delivery address;
- Selected delivery method;
- Total amount to be paid.
5. The sales contract is concluded in English.
4. Prices and Payment
1. All prices displayed in the Store are gross prices (including VAT where applicable) and are expressed in EUR.
2. The total order amount consists of:
- The price of the products;
- The cost of delivery (if applicable).
3. The Store reserves the right to change prices; however, the price binding for the Customer is the price displayed at the moment of order confirmation.
4. Available payment methods:
- Online payment by credit/debit card;
- Online payment via electronic payment systems;
- Instant bank transfer.
5. Payment is due immediately upon order placement.
6. The order is processed after the payment is confirmed by the payment operator.
5. Delivery
5.1. Delivery Areas
1. The Store delivers to:
- Poland (domestic);
- European Union countries;
- Non-EU countries (international).
2. If the Customer’s country is not listed in the delivery options during checkout, the Customer should contact the Seller at info.quiet.kit@gmail.com to enquire about possible delivery.
5.2. Delivery Methods and Time
1. Available delivery methods:
- Courier delivery (DPD, DHL, FedEx, InPost — depends on destination);
- Parcel lockers (Paczkomat) — only within Poland;
- Standard postal delivery (Poczta Polska / international mail).
2. Estimated delivery times (after order processing):
- Poland: 1–3 business days;
- European Union: 3–7 business days;
- Non-EU countries: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs procedures).
3. Delivery times are estimates and do not include delays caused by customs clearance, force majeure, or third-party carrier issues.
5.3. Delivery Costs
1. Delivery costs are calculated and displayed during the checkout process before the Customer confirms the order.
2. Delivery may be free for orders above a certain value (if such promotion is available at the time of ordering).
3. The Customer is solely responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. The Seller is not liable for non-delivery resulting from incorrect address data provided by the Customer.
5.4. International Orders — Customs and Import Duties
1. For orders delivered outside the European Union, the package may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
2. All customs duties, import taxes, and any other charges levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
3. The Seller has no control over such charges and cannot predict their amount. The Customer should contact the local customs office for more information before placing the order.
4. If the Customer refuses to pay the customs duties and the package is returned to the Seller, the Customer shall bear the costs of return shipping and any other fees incurred.
6. Right of Withdrawal (Returns) — Consumers
1. A Consumer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
2. To exercise this right, the Consumer must inform the Seller of their decision by submitting an unequivocal statement by email to info.quiet.kit@gmail.com or by post to Karola Namysłowskiego 29, 20-709 Lublin, Polska.
3. Effects of withdrawal:
- The Seller shall reimburse all payments received from the Consumer, including the standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from the Consumer’s choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by the Seller);
- Reimbursement shall be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day the Seller is informed of the Consumer’s decision to withdraw;
- The Seller may withhold reimbursement until the goods are received back or until the Consumer provides proof of sending the goods back, whichever occurs first;
- The Consumer shall return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day of submitting the withdrawal statement;
- The Consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods;
- The Consumer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
4. The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products made to the Consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised;
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery (if applicable to the specific product);
- Products that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.
5. To qualify for a full refund, the returned product must be:
- Unused;
- In its original packaging;
- Complete with all parts and accessories.
7. Complaints (Warranty for Defects)
1. The Seller is liable for defects in the products under the provisions of the Polish Civil Code (rękojmia) and applicable consumer protection law.
2. If a product has a defect, the Customer may:
- Demand a price reduction;
- Demand repair or replacement with a defect-free product;
- Withdraw from the contract (if the defect is substantial).
3. Complaints should be submitted by email to info.quiet.kit@gmail.com or in writing to Karola Namysłowskiego 29, 20-709 Lublin, Polska.
4. The complaint should include:
- Order number;
- Name of the Customer;
- Description of the defect;
- Date of defect discovery;
- The Customer’s request (repair, replacement, price reduction, or withdrawal);
- Photo evidence of the defect (if possible).
5. The Seller shall respond to the complaint within 14 days from the date of its receipt.
6. If the complaint is justified:
- The Seller shall repair or replace the defective product at its own cost (including shipping costs); or
- Reimburse the price paid (in case of withdrawal or price reduction).
7. For Customers who are not Consumers (business-to-business transactions), the Seller’s liability under warranty is limited to the value of the purchased goods.
8. Personal Data Protection
1. The Controller of personal data is the Seller.
2. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, available at https://quiet-kits.com/privacy-policy/.
3. Personal data is processed for:
- Fulfilling orders (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — necessity to perform the contract);
- Handling complaints and returns (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR);
- Tax and accounting purposes (legal basis: Article 6(1)(c) GDPR — legal obligation);
- Marketing purposes — only with the Customer’s separate consent (legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
4. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for placing an order.
9. Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)
1. The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
2. The Seller’s email address for the purposes of ODR proceedings is: info.quiet.kit@gmail.com.
3. The Seller is not obliged to participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration court, unless required by law.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
1. These Terms and all contracts concluded through the Store are governed by Polish law.
2. For Consumers residing in the European Union, the choice of Polish law does not deprive them of the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.
3. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved by the competent Polish courts, subject to the Consumer’s right to bring an action before the court of their place of residence.
11. Final Provisions
1. These Terms are effective from 02.09.2026.
2. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms. Amendments shall not affect orders placed before the effective date of the amendment.
3. In matters not regulated by these Terms, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular:
- The Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights;
- The Act of 23 April 1964 — Civil Code;
- The Act of 18 July 2002 on Electronic Services;
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
4. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or ineffective, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
