The Quiet kit WINDOW SILLS Basic is designed to make rain noise outside the window less irritating and intrusive. The kit is designed for covering window sills with a total length of up to 3 meters and can be installed on both the interior and exterior sides.
The kit includes Triangle and Local dampers, which are installed on the sill surface according to the pattern in the manual. The damping elements dissipate rain noise, preventing vibrations from transferring to the window structure and entering the room.
At the joint between the window and the sill, Anti-squeak Tape is installed — a special padding that eliminates friction at the point of contact between the sill and the window. This element prevents sound and vibrations from penetrating through the window into the room, effectively blocking noise transmission at the most critical point.
The result is a significantly quieter and more comfortable room during rain. The sound that remains becomes deeper, more bass-like, and non-irritating. All materials are prepared for installation, and the detailed manual will help you quickly understand the installation process.
